A biodegradable degreasing foam is applied to the entire surface. It breaks the bond between embedded hydrocarbons and the stone. Most of the work happens here, before the lance is even lifted.

A rotating surface cleaner covers the full area in parallel passes — no tiger stripes, no missed edges. The runoff goes dark immediately. That's years of embedded grime leaving the stone.

A lance tip clears every joint channel and border edge — the places a surface cleaner can't reach. Moss rhizoids extracted from the root. Weeds gone. Grout lines restored to original depth.

A penetrating silane-siloxane sealant is applied once the surface has fully dried. It locks the colour, repels water and oil, and stops moss re-establishing within the first season. Not every job needs it — we'll tell you honestly.
